I have a manual transmission, during acceleration the revs climb quickly then drop then come back up, why?
This only happens in 3rd through 5th gear and only under acceleration. During the beginning of acceleration the revs will climb quicker than normal, then without shifting or letting off the gas, the revs will drop slightly, then start to climb again at normal pace. Any ideas?
clutch is slipping,needs replaced.
