Is the Nintendo DSI compatible with SDHC sd cards?
I know that the wii systems got an update to work with sdhc sd cards but i am not sure if it will work with the dsi. Plus if an sdhc sd card has a pny on it, will that make a difference or impact at all?
Yes – Nintendo DSi is compatible with SD and SDHC cards so you can extend the built in 256MB by up to 32GB with the largest SDCH cards. Both full sized and micro SDHC cards with an adapter are supported.
32GB is the size limit of SDHC cards – after that you have to get a SDXC card, but it is not known if a firmware update could make DSi compatible with the SD eXtended Capacity cards.
