Can I Vista ultimate 32 to 64-bit using the original OEM serial number?

I recently purchased a new T-Series from Lenovo. The available operating systems did not indicate whether or not they were 32 or 64 bit. However, upon examining the final order form, I noticed that the software was, in fact, 32 bit. Would I be able to use the OEM serial number used to install Vista Ultimate 32 to install Vista Ultimate 64-bit in its place?

No, they are different editions of Vista. It wouldn’t be morally unjust to download a copy of the 64 bit Volume license key and use that instead, you’re just swapping it with another in a moral sense. Still illegal, but not immoral IMO
