Please help me find a laptop!?

I am considering buying a laptop and I need help finding one that is right for me. Here is what I am looking for…
1. Durable – able to last through travel and a long time
2. Able to play/ burn DVDs and play MLB TV from web stream.
3. Compatable with an MP3 player and easy to use
4. Compatable with Digital Camera.
5. Easy for a semi computer stupid person.
6. Afordable – I am looking for something that will not be over $1250

I know this is a tough question but…I would not be asking it if I did not need help finding the answer.
