What Digital Camera has a really long shutter speed?

I am very happy with the Fujifilm Finepix F10 for night photography, except it will only take pictures up to 15 seconds long. I’d like to get a digital camera that will let me take really long pictures for low light photography. It would have to have a Manual Focus since an automatic focus obviously won’t work with next to no light. Is there a web site where I can browse or search for digital cameras by the shutter speed?
